Description: The Kiba swords are a pair of blades each four feet long and three inches across. Each blade has two curved smaller blades, one near the hilt and the other near the end of the blade, jutting from them that are six inches long. These swords are imbued with the raiton nature more than any other weapon possibly could be which it what allows for its amazing cutting ability to slice through everything except indestructible items with ease making them the sharpest blades in existence. The material they are crafted from seems to be metallic but even the greatest of Kinzoku masters are unable to bend it even when using their bloodline release, the only exception to this is the very first Kinzoku, Senso, though his powers of the metal crafting ability are often compared to that of a god so this is understandable.

Abilities: The wielder of the Kiba swords are able to cast any raiton style technique they wish through them, if the technique was not created with the intention of it being used with these swords (if the jutsu is meant to be used with the kiba swords it will be in the description) it costs an additional 5 chakra to use. If the technique used normally would require hand seals the user only has to charge chakra through the swords but are unable to attack or defend with the blades while doing so. Whenever a Raiton technique is cast through these swords they receive a one rank (20%) increase in power, adding an additional round of paralysis or upgrading the degree of burns if the technique used those as part of their effects. If the user holds these swords above them in the middle of a storm they are able to call down natural lightning like a lightning rod, if the user doesnt have some sort of defense against the lightning or unless they had already charged the chakra for a technique requiring this lightning it will fry their nervous system and kill them. This ability to call down lightning can only be used once every five rounds.

History: When the world was young and chakra was unknown there were tribes of humans that came together and former small villages, one of these villages was located within the heat country and was plagued by constant storms without halt. There was a man in this village named Senso Kinzoku, a blacksmith by trade and passion. This man was the very first to learn the ways of metal bending and with this sacred art made this pair of pike swords as his first creation. The Kiba swords were infused with the god-like lightning nature of Senso and were used by him in many conquests around the world as trusted companions. Upon his eventual defeat Senso buried the weapons deep within the bark of Yggdrasil to be lost to legends for many generations. It was Hagane XVII that eventually discovered the location of the weapons during his own conquest of his own country as well as the continent across the sea, he used them with great honor, as well as the ultimate disgrace, until he was also destroyed and Takeshi (his grandson) claimed the weapons for himself in Hagane's dying moments.
