Personality: Haru Satsujin is plagued and blessed in his personality. At a young age, he noticed the wrong doing of his father as the Honokage, Haru quickly began to develop a sense of sympathy for all those who were oppressed by his father. A strong yearn for justice grew within him, forcing him to take extreme action when justice is not kept.

Although Haru has a strong dislike for crime, he is a very personable leader, caring about what his villagers have to say and acting upon their input. His over all personality is that of an easy goer, trying to avoid trouble and problems, but at the same time willing to stop problems before the arise. Cruising through life on his own, Haru has always been more of the pessimistic type though, never looking at things in a positive way unless the stakes are in his favor.

The so called 'demon' of Haru's personality is his blind rage for criminals. Just hearing of crime makes him angry, if he sees it occurring before him in his village, Haru loses all common sense and blindly attacks the criminal and won't let up until there is nothing but bits and pieces of them thrown everywhere.
Likes: Haru is a man of simple taste for the most part, enjoying looking around his village and having a good time like many others do. One of the more unknown hobbies of the Honokage is his love for hunting the levels of Portam Inferni for the prisoners that are kept in the impregnable fortress. Many would never guess the Shinobi of Blood Justice would clear entire levels of the super-prison for pure entertainment. The one thing he loves more than his village and justice is sword collecting, owning many of his own and aiming to find some of the most rare swords in the world before the end of his lifetime.
Dislikes: Haru only has one major dislike; injustice. Not only does he not like the concept of injustice but Haru hates seeing injustice because of the negative effects on his body and psyche. Partnered with this, he often will not communicate with criminals or former criminals the way he would talk to or treat normal innocents.
Motivation: There a only a few things that motivate Haru other than keeping the streets of his village clean of justice. One of which is to find and collect some of the most rare items in the world and claim them as his own. Another is to redeem the Satsujin name after the failures of his father.
Fears: Haru only has a single fear, the fear of falling into the shoes of his father. As a young child watching his father treat the villagers in such a harsh manner, Haru developed the sympathy for the oppressed and vowed to help them when he became Honokage. If he were to fall into the darkness of evil and become the very thing he despises it would crush him and give him a feeling of shame that he could never get off of his chest.



Satsujin

Bloodline: Denryoku Sonshitsu
Bloodline Ability: The ability to always draw chakra from nearby life to keep them selves at full power. Also the ability to completely control their own blood as well as blood outside of the body, as in blood shed during battle.
Location: Huoshangakure
Clan History: Founded by the great Tairyo, the first Honokage, the Satsujin have been among the most noble villagers of Huoshangakure. Quickly they discovered the great power stored inside their very own viens, using the advantage to rise to powerful positions. The very council of advisors that Tairyo trusted with his life became worried as more and more Satsujin filled the positions of power within the village. Seeking help, they hired the ANBU to deal with the problem, but carefully planned the future events for years.

Tairyo died and his son took the throne of Honokage, watching over the village carefully, but became a more ruthless leader than his father. His actions just furthered the plans of the council, but also caught the eye of his son, Haru. After exiling the head of the council for suspicious behavior, the council enacted, sending the ANBU to murder the kage and the clan. When they arrived, a grim sight fell upon their eyes as they saw the son of the Honokage covered in his blood and the honokage himself strewn about the room. Haru took control of the throne, but took the village in a new direction, building it up, increasing its wealth, and solidifying the clan as the dominant power of the village.



History: The Birth and Early Childhood Years:
Haru was born in the midst of the great war between Huoshangakure and the samurai who lived on the outer islands of the blaze country. At the time his grandfather, Tairyo was still the first Honokage, and his father Hanzai was the second in command of the army. He and his mother were constantly being watched over by ANBU during the war, knowing how important keeping Haru alive was. If both his grandfather and father died, he would take the seat as Honokage once he hit the proper age. His entire childhood was dominated by being confined to his house and never being able to leave. Even at the age of four, Haru had never left the side of an ANBU escort as the war raged on.

End of the Great Samurai War:
Haru's entire childhood was dominated by the Great Samurai was between his village and the previous group who lived in the land of Blazes before the ninja settled down and created the volcano village. Haru was born in the middle of the war, and was now ten at the end of the war. There were many great losses on both sides, including the loss of the one man Haru loved the most, his grandfather. Despite Haru only meeting his grandfather during the brief periods that he wasn't at war, he felt more attached to him than his own father. When he was told that his grandfather was killed in battle and his father was going to replace him, he had a bittersweet realization. An era coming to an end but a new, maybe even better one beginning. At the same time, this was the first time in his entire life Haru was able to be free and roam the village on his own. Until now, he was accompanied by an ANBU bodyguard or just locked at home to be protected from assassination attempts by the Samurai. With the end of the war meant new opportunities for the aspiring ninja, who now was free to follow his very dream.

Academy Arc:
Haru remained sheltered for another four years after the war was over at his mothers wish, but gradually gained more freedom. Finally, at the age of fourteen was Haru able to enter the ninja academy, being the oldest in his clash. During his father's reign, the village had fallen into a depression brought on by his own dictatorial oppressive rule. Hearing the students complain about how their families suffered sparked compassion in Haru's heart, making him ponder about what was right an wrong in society. While heeding the words of his classmates, Haru graduated within a month and quickly took his place in the shinobi world.

The Rise and Fall of a Satsujin:
Haru quickly rose through the ranks of the village after graduating, reaching jounin by the age of sixteen. The village had grown worse over the course of two years, the villagers ready to seize the kage spot and appoint a new one, the council of elders planning an assassination attempt on the kage. Haru had his own plans for his father though. He plotted and planned for months, seeking to give the citizens a proper and just leader.

In the dark of night, he moved carrying only Hanzarou and an empty gourd, a gourd he planning on filling. His father was still at a meeting about his next plans for the village, making it easy to find him. Entering the chamber where his father was along, Haru crept in and split his favorite sword into two pieces then address his father. After small talk, the real fight began, and in the end, Haru tore his father limb from limb, filling the gourd with the blood of his father. When the assassins entered the room, a blood covered Haru sat in the throne, the kages hate resting upon his head. He grinned and motioned for the ANBU, telling them to decree his taking of the throne and his father's unfortunate end. Haru Satsujin, son of Hanzai, grandson of the great Tairyo was now Honokage, aiming to sen the village in a new direction.

A New Direction:
As Haru began his governing, he quickly resolved and reversed all the improper choices his father had made. Within a years time, the village was prospering more than ever. Haru also began to clean the streets of his village, building the infamous Portam Inferni, the inescapable super prison located in the boiling oceans of the land of blazes. At long last Huoshangakure was finally a force to be reckoned with.

RP Sample: The room was dark as Haru stepped in, glaring through the darkness at the throne across from him. The blood red eyes staring back didn't move. Haru scoffed and grabbed Hanzarou from his back and charged into the pitch black. The Honokage stood and countered the attack and the battle began to ensue. Over an hour of fighting, the only sight to be made out was blurs and red eyes. In the end, the door flew open as four ANBU stood looking in. Haru was blood covered in the kage's throne and the floor was covered with thousands of pieces of Hanzai Satsujin, his very father. A drop of blood fell from Haru's white hair and he caught it with his tongue and smirked. He stood and slowly walked toward the ANBU stabbing Hanzarou into the ground and smirking. The time of Haru had begun.
