Shizen left through the gates of his village onto the cliff above sporting his usual attire with his golden katana strapped horizontally to his lower back and began to slowly make his way out of the village. He had collected as much stuff as he deemed necessary for the trip, along with preparing himself mentally for the trip because every second he was out on the road was another second he could potentially be blind sided by his psychotic family, and he was no where near prepared to take them on yet. He hadn't even learned to activate his sharingan yet. He wanted to leave just to keep things a little fresh, and maybe throw off the trail of his father and brothers if they had happened to catch wind of him being in Harikengakure, he wasn't leaving the village for good, he was just journeying to give himself a feeling of safety from harm, even though deep down he knew that even this couldn't save him if they knew where he had moved to. He continued out of the village without saying one word to anyone he passed, or anyone that confronted him to try and keep the number of people who knew he was travelling to a minimum so that if his family got here and tried interrogating people they wouldn't have any information to give them pertaining to his whereabouts. He continued down the road leading from his village, staying ever alert to his surroundings, hearing the slightest crack of the branches or crunching of the dirt around him staying on his toes. This was about to be one of the longest trips he's taken in a while.

Shizen continued heading in the path of Morigakure, the supposedly beautiful village hidden in the forests staying as on edge as ever, his hand probably never leaving the hilt of his katana. He heard many noises coming from around him and his head was moving in every direction every time he heard one. He was too jumpy for his own good and was a bit pissed about the fact that he couldn't live a day in his life without feeling stressed. The sun had gone down and he needed to rest a little, even if he didn't sleep. He continued and found a tree along the road he was travelling and sat down propped up against it. It was impossible for him to sleep so he just simply put his katana in his lap and rested his eyes, staying ever vigilant to what was around him. It was probably about 3 in the morning when he heard what sounded like footsteps about 100 feet from him. His eyes snapped open and jumped to his feet and whipped out his golden katana, it gleamed in the moonlight and Shizen stared with a look of seriousness on his face but a feeling of intense fear on the inside. He looked at the shadow and it was the silhouette of his father and all he could see was glowing red eyes with a saw blade in the middle which he recognized as his fathers mangekyou sharingan. He instantly began shaking as he heard a maniacal laughter coming from the man as it charged at him. He screamed and closed his eyes and thought this was the end of his life, but nothing happened. He opened his eyes and looked around to see nothing but then heard an echo go through his head "We're coming for you Shizen..." He then heard a maniacal laughter in his head and then sheathed his blade and decided to continue moving through the night, his mind was playing tricks on him and he wanted to get to the safety of the village as fast as he could.

Shizen kept his eyes open and headed straight forward, never stopping. He was still startled from the experience he had gone through the night before and constantly kept trying to convince himself that it was nothing more than his mind playing tricks on him and not an elaborate genjutsu cast by his father. He was exhausted but wouldn't be able to sleep until he was inside the safety of a village. He knew he was getting close to the village when he hit a forest and just stuck to the road, keeping himself on guard and ready for anything while going through it, there were too many hiding spots in the forests and he never knew what could jump out at him. He kept a hand on his hilt as he was getting deeper into the forest, he had hit a point where he felt the trees weren't a place where evils could hide and jump out to strike him, but as if they were actually protecting him, and he was able to relax a bit and even took his hand off the blade. He continued walking and eventually hit the gates of the village, at this point he let out a major sigh of relief and walked into the village. It was as beautiful as he heard, and he couldn't help but just stand there a while taking in all the majesty the forest had to offer, he felt that his stay here would be fine and that he would not run into his relatives here. He wanted to mingle with the locals, but now that he had reached the haven of a village he only wanted on thing, sleep. He wandered into an area with a large tree that seemed comfortable looking and found a branch that was large enough for his body and laid down in it with his gold sword hanging from his hip in its sheath, and he quickly drifted into a peaceful sleep for once. It seemed his mind was the only safe haven for him now.
