Kekkei Genkai Ability: There are 3 stages within the Eagle Clan bloodline, known as Golden Eye, Eagle Eye and Eagle Eye Compass.
Stage 1 Golden Eye: The eyes transform from a sky blue to a neon yellow. The Golden Eye is the most common of the clan, this version of the doujutsu achieved as a right of passage for those who become genin within the clan. It stimulates the body, allowing a 35% increase in speed/ reaction time. This allows the Edrick to go above and beyond their base speed, allowing their skills to flourish at a high level.
Stage 2 Eagle Eye: The eyes transform into yellow with a large black pupil. The Eagle Eye has the ability to target and lock onto a single opponent once blood is drawn from that opponent during battle. The vision of the Eagle Eye is similar to an Eagle itself. (Think of how far an Eagle can see.) Once locked on, the target and his/ her moves can be sensed instantly. This stage of doujutsu gives the user a 50% increase in speed/ reaction time, making them extremely dangerous on the battlefield. This eye is perfect for a one on one fight, and is perfect when it comes to fighting against an opponent possessing a Sharingan.
Stage 3 Eagle Eye Compass: The eyes transform into an all black eye, with a neon yellow compass in the center. The final stage of Doujutsu. The Eagle Eye Compass when activated, can sense anyone just by using the air flow around them. Anytime the Edrick stands perfectly still and someone moves within a 1/2 mile radius, disrupts the air flow, the eye picks it up. During battle it senses anything within a 20 ft. Span. This is due to the constant change in direction, which affects the Compass' range drastically. The compass within the eye acts just as so, able to send the signal to the brain of the user to which direction the natural wind flow was broken or changed. If the user manages to stay perfectly still while in battle, the range can open back up to the 1/2 mile radius. During this stage, the user recieves a 70% increase in speed/ reaction time, allow them incredible movements as well as ultimate precision with attacks. The Eagle Eye Compass, due to being linked to the brain, allows an Edrick to be able to distinguish whether they are within a Genjutsu. However the Eagle Eye Compass doesnt break them free. Great for battling both one on one and multiple opponents, this doujutsu is legendary in books, but almost forgotten by many, since it hasnt been seen in quite sometime.
Location: Harikengakure - Scattered
Clan History: The fastest clan in the world, The Edrick Clan is a mostly forgotten clan of Harikengakure, but was the clan that actually founded the village in creation. Once called the Guardian's of the Sky, the Edrick Clan was said to live on the only mountain in the region, living peacefully for many years. Though they created the village, they werent actually a part of its population, due to their love of high altitude and desire to be the defenders of the village's peace. The Edrick Clan's Founder, Myria Edrick was responsible for this; her ideals of making a vast village to accomodate the vast number of people on the island country to live in peace with one another. This was the revolution that began what is known as the Village Hidden in the Hurricane.
The clan eventually became a big target, their legendaty doujutsu wanted by many outsiders from neighboring nations. An unexpected betrayal within the clan, led to their demise, thanks to an attack by ninja corps from an unknown nation at the time. With limited survivors and a fear for staying in the homeland, many of the scarce surviviors fled to other countries, leaving the once proud clan in dwindled numbers. Others who chose to stay in the homeland, sought refuge within the Hidden Hurricane, but lived sheltered lives. It wasnt until Dominic Edrick, that the clan became prominent once more. He now flourishes as the Shiokage.
D Rank
Name: Wind Slash Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu - Requires Sword Element: Wind Distance: 200 ft. Description: With a charge equivalent to handseals at this rank, the user can release a crescent shape set of Wind Slashes. With cutting power similar to Wind Cutter, this technique can be released from the blade and travel. The crescent travels at 20 ft/s. It can also be released in three different variations.
3x User's Size - This single crescent is the most powerful of the variations. It even has the capability to cut through the terrain and not reduce in strength.
2x User's Size - At this size, the user can release two crescents, however, the cutting power reduces.If sent through the terrain, this jutsu reduces in cutting power by 20% and the speed is reduced to 15 ft/s.
User's Size - At this size, the user can release three crescents, once again, the cutting power being reduced. These slashes are not capable of being sent through the terrain. They will dissipate if attempted.

This jutsu lasts for two consecutive posts, meaning there is a chance for a barrage effect, but it will cost 10 chakra per turn. 5 post cooldown.
Name: Hawk Stream Blast Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu - Requires Sword Element: Lightning Distance: 50 ft. Description: With a charge time equivalent to handseals at this rank, the user chrages chakra into their blade. The user then has two options when releasing this slash. 3 post Cooldown.
Both Hands on Blade - The strongest version. By grasping the blade with both hands, the user can get the full effect of the attack. The user must pull the blade up either at an angle or completely vertical. They must then slash back down in the same path, releasing a streaming chakra attack in the form of a hawk. This blast is the size of the user. The blast of chakra if connected with the enemy, can send the enemy back 20 ft. before exploding. The explosion causes first degree electrical burns over the area hit.
One Handed Version - By holding a single hand on the blade, the user gives up damage for a quicker release. The user simply swings in one direction, sending the streaming chakra towards the enemy. This blast is only 1/2 the size of the user. It can send the enemy back only 10 ft, but still causes the same first degree electrical burns.
Name: 10,000 Talons Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: 50 Yards Description: With a charge of the entire body equivalent to handseals at this rank, the user can perform this attack. By spinning their body like a twister, the user emits 10,000 chakra talons the size of kunai, either into the air or if ariborne in every direction. The talons cannot be aimed due to the massive amount emitted. These talons can tear through skin up to a 1/4 inch.
The closer to the blast that the emeny is, the tighter the space between these talons. At the far end of the range, the talons are up to 6 inches apart. This blast can be avoided, however, cannot be completely blocked by a blade. These talons travel at 10 ft/s, making it impossible to block them with a sword due to the close proximity deep within the range. 7 post cooldown.

Name: Hurricane Slash Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu - Requires Sword Element: Wind Distance: 50 Yards in front of user - 180 Degrees Description: Upon a charge equivalent to handseals at this rank, the user can release this jutsu. Combining wind nature with chakra into the blade, the user slashes in any direction. Gale force winds then erupt from the user forward, containing endless micro wind slashes, two inches in size. The gale force winds are equivalent to a category 2 hurricane and can send the enemy back up to 50 yards in one shear attack. The micro slashes, can only cut the surface of the skin, much like receiving a paper cut, just enough to draw blood. 4 post cooldown.

Name: Wind Dance Barrage Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu - Requires Sword Element: - Distance: - Description: No handseals required. By charging chakra into their sword/swords, the user releases the chakra in the shape of the blade(s) which surround the enemy. The blades then become a travelling component for the user to attack. The user travels between the chakra blades and slash at the opponent upwards to 15 times as they 'circle' the opponent. The users slashes are coordinated and positioned for both perfect offense and defense, and seem illusionary during this attack. 4 post cooldown.
Name: Feather Sword Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Supplementary Element: - Distance: Length of Sword Description: Sword becomes as light as a feather giving greater capability of multiple high speed swings and attacks. Great for fighting multiple opponents or gaining the advantage on a single opponent. Can only use once per fight and only lasts for up to 20 seconds. However the longer used, the weaker the muscles will become, making the sword seem heavier after using. One post charge of chakra. Genin to Chuunin - 3 slashes per second S. Jounin to Jounin - 4 slashes per second S rank+ - 5 slashes per second
Name: Feather Clone/ Substitution Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: Varies Description: Requires Handseals and feather(s). Upon activation of this jutsu, the user creates a clone(s) out of a feather. The clone(s) can perform attacks and can be destroyed in a single hit. However, instead of solidly disappearing upon contact, it instead reforms into a feather that simply falls back to the ground.
The feathers to help perform this technique were crafted by the Eagle Clan, and originated in Mt. Myria. Each clan member starts with 30 Eagle feathers and once the clone(s) are created and destroyed, the feather becomes useless, and deducted from the inventory. This jutsu can make 6 clones max per use and has a four post cooldown.
Name: Lightning Kii Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Distance: 50 Yards Description: Shaped like a kii blast from Dragonball Z. A burst of compressed lightning energy, this blast can be fired in rapid succession or in one major blast. The lightning must be compressed into a closed fist for atleast 1 post. The longer the hand stays compressed, the larger the blast can be. The rapid fire requires both hands to be used, each charging atleast one post in repeated succession. Rapid fire succession can be risky, for it takes 30 chakra per shot, which can deplete your chakra at a vicious pace.
Each post you hold the charge, the attack become larger and more lethal. The attack is powerful, able to create instant 3rd degree electrical burns and numbing the area that is hit for 2 posts. This blast can send the opponent back over 35 yards, and travels at 30 ft/s. The size of the blast if released after the first post is the size of a basketball. It will increase in size 20% each time. The damage ratio doesnt change, however, the numbing area becomes greater.

Name: Wind Annihilation Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind/ Lightning Distance: Up to an entire Hidden Village Description: Extremely dangerous on the hosts body when used. Possibility of death when used. While being cast it peels off the flesh of the user, slowly or rapidly, depending on the size and magnitude of the blast. It can be used at one target or to destroy all targets. It is summoned in the palm(much like a rasengan) and cast down. Fires a 360 degree wind blast followed through by streams of lightning. The winds shred through the body and flesh of the enemy like a paper cutter and the lightning dissinegrates it leaving no trace of even the smallest hint of blood behind. This attack destroys the enemy without destroying geography. This is mainly a last resort jutsu but if charged lightly does damage around the same as a rasengan but it keeps the shredding feature of tearing through the opponents body. Name: Hurricane Annihilation Slash Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu - Requires Sword Element: Wind/ Lightning Distance: Up to an entire Hidden Village Description: This is a mix of the Wind Annihalation and the Hurricane Slash. It is channeled through a sword and it takes 3 VERY DETAILED posts to charge. It has the same effects as the Wind Annihalation when it comes to defeating an enemy, except this attack destroys geography, leaving nothing in it's wake. Ultimate Desrtuction. Meaning it can wipe out entire blocks or even massive villages like Konoha, leaving not an ounce or spec of dirt. That is IF the user is willing to kill themselves to accomplish the feat. It has the same effects as the wind annihalation as well. However, the peeling of flesh is much more rapid and much more painful. instead of starting at the skin, this peeling starts at the inner muscle tissue and can reach the bone if not careful. What good is the jutsu if your arm cant hold the sword?? That is this jutsu's major drawback, meaning you cant overcharge the attack or you will lose your arm for no reason and making matters worse you wont even be able to perform the jutsu. Name: Bunshin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: Clone Technique Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: Self Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.
Name: Ikimuno Benkuo Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: - Description: This technique requires a one post charge of chakra in the throat in order to be activated; Ikimuno Benkuo is an academy level technique which allows human shinobi to communicate with non-human animals as easily as if they were both speaking the same language. This does not allow the user to learn the language of an animal nor does it allow the animal to actually speak, this technique simply takes barks, hisses and other forms of animal noises and translates them into versions that the user is able to completely understand in their head and in turn do the same to animals the user speaks to. Lasts 5 posts with a 2 round cool.
Name: Oiroke no Jutsu (Sexy Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: Self Description: Hand Seals; The user changes their body into that of a highly attractive, and more often than not scantily clad, versions of themselves in the opposite gender. This jutsu is not meant for battle but sometimes can be used as a distraction against more perverted opponents in sparring matches. Lasts 4 posts maximum with a 2 posts cool.

Name: Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: Self Description: Hand Seals; This technique allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible. In order for this to be effective the disguise used must have some kind of resemblance to the surroundings, for instance if someone wanted to blend in in the desert they would need a tan cloak but in the jungle they would need green. Lasts 4 posts maximum with a 2 posts cool.
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: Self Description: This jutsu gives you the ability to easily free yourself from a rope or any other object made from something similar to a rope. This jutsu works merely by inserting chakra into the rope, this is equal to a one post charge of chakra and requires no hand seals. 3 post cool down.
Name: Charged Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Nintaijutsu Element: Raiton Distance: Self Description: This jutsu is passive. The user becomes constantly charged with a very slight electric current. Around them, little bolts of lightning that cause no harm continuously zap here and there. (Compare in appearance to Super Saiyan 2, minus the He-man muscles and blonde hair). Also, anyone the user touches has their hair stand on end and they suddenly feel a tad more jittery.

Name: Chakra Scalpel Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Ijutsu Element: N/A Distance: Touch Description: A more advanced medical jutsu that is used as a blade during surgery, so the skin does not have to be cut, and surgery can be performed simply without having to wait for external wounds to heal after the procedure is over. Used for surgical procedures, however this can be used in battle also. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. The technique uses 10 chakara points per post for a maximum of 10 posts (maximum normally used for medical procedures)

Name: Eagle Kick Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu Element: Fuuton Distance: Short-Mid Description: Requires charging equivalent to handseals at this rank. After charging Fuuton chakra into the feet, the Edrick releases a charging kick at the opponent at a very high peed (55 mph). upon contact, the wind from the Edrick's feet is released in the shape of a giant eagle. This kick deals both physical damage from the kick, and wind-cutting damage from the eagle. The charged kick has the ability to dent titanium. When hitting an unarmored body, the physical force of the kick can precisely break bones and cause severe bruising of the skin. The eagle, which has an 8-foot wingspan that surrounds the caster, shreds and rips apart skin. The wind can cut through both skin and muscle down to the bone. The wind eagle upon impact will completely tear apart any armor than that of reinforced steel or lower, anything above will suffer major damage, but not nearly as much. When piercing through armor, this wind eagle can cut three quarters of an inch into skin. In every case, this jutsu knocks the target back by 9 feet. 6 post cooldown.

Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-A Type: Ijutsu Element: N/A Distance: Touch Description: Hand seals depend on rank of healing used. This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. The use of this technique can help bring back people from any injury with a certain amount of chakra as described below.
Minor (D): 10 chakra Average(C): 20 Chakra Major(B): 30 Chakra Life Threatening(A): 40 Chakra
In order to obtain the effect of the comatose on an affected person at least two ranks higher than the needed chakra must be inserted into the body. The effects of the comatose is simple a knock out that lasts for three rounds.
Name: Lightning Thrust Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton Distance: Touch Description: Minimum Special Jounin to use. After focusing an immense amount of Raiton into either hand, the caster creates a miniature thunderstorm in the palm of their hand. Lightning pours from the charged hand in an electrical aura, ready for use in battle. It lasts for only one post in this hand, due to it being a less-powerful version of the Chidori, which is what it was based on. It still has all the destructive qualities, it simply lasts longer. After the proper charging, the caster can thrust their charged palm through titanium and anything lower in durability, and it will be able to go through 2 inches of corundum.
To actually begin the technique itself there are two ways, which way you use depends on your power level (rank). Special Jounin spend the first round performing hand seals and then spend the rest of the time they need to use an A rank jutsu charging raiton style chakra into their palm. For Jounin, S ranks and SS ranks the hand seals are able to be skipped due to their higher understanding of chakra control, they are only required to charge raiton chakra into their palm for the same time it takes them to use an A rank jutsu. During this charge time, the user must hold the forearm of the palm the jutsu is in with the opposite hand to hold it steady as the massive amounts of chakra are poured in.

S-Rank

Name: Raiton no Yoroi Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton Distance: Self Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster to danger and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed (an increase of 120%). This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows the user to utilise nintaijutsu. When using the armour at full power, it causes the tips of his hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to the speed of a lightning flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan, to keep up with him. The armour also increases the user's defences, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks up to B rank (A rank for raiton attacks and S rank doton) even able to deflect powerful attacks like the chidori. Against weapons this technique defends against iron perfectly and reduces damage from higher grades of weapons by half. Taijutsu used while in this armor are increased in power by 20% (a one rank increase) or have a special form that enhances it somehow (anything like this must be approved by an admin). Entering this armor takes a post charge equal to a user's rank charge for a S rank jutsu and lasts for up to eight rounds. Once per topic.
This technique can be cancelled out by an opponent's high level (at least A rank) fuuton techniques. These fuuton techniques that can cancel out this technique must be directly attacking the user as AoE (area of effect) type jutsu will not achieve this effect. If hit by one direct S rank technique the technique ends early and the armor fades away, if hit by one direct A rank fuuton technique the effects of the speed boost are halved and if hit by a second follow up A rank technique it is cancelled out early.
This technique has a major drawback, however. The chakra drain and stress on the body make it so this technique is only able to be used once per week. However if someone is doing a large amount of in character battle they are able to recharge it through sheer will, for every three IC battles you are a part of in the cool down of the original use you are able to use Raiton no Yoroi once more, it can be recharged a maximum of one time in a week, an attempted start of another will cause the user's body to completely shut down and kill them.
