I know this is for Ryo but can this be an exception?

Reason: Exams are being and i am at a disadvantage due to not being given enough time to prepare.

You will be granted this transfer for the duration of the Chuunin Exams, knowing that you need a blade for your clan jutsu. If this transfer is not allowed however, you must give the blade back to Nami after the Exams. If it is allowed, you may keep the blade on Tyouga even after the Exams. Nonetheless..

Alright from what I can tell, this is allowed. So go ahead and keep the sword on Tyouga for as long as you'd like.
