For overall passive abilities the ones in there look fine except for the black blood that has a charge to it, if you just drop that part from there the others are fine.

A rank - Its quite powerful though it's also limited to being a touch attack and with that in mind I think it's not that OP factoring in that some summon techniques are slightly more powerful than normal jutsu of the same rank. Approved

The only problem I see left is Mighty Roar. Earth isn't a fast element, and yet the wording suggests so. The fastest element is lightning, then wind. Earth is probably the slowest. Your going for a power move that is almost instant and you have a failsafe blast to hit if hthe enemy tries to jump. Just as we discussed with your clan over the phone, we have to keep it within the means of the power of the elements in which we are using. Adjust it to seem more 'earthy' (awesome fake word) and we should be ready to stamp.

Too much hassle, so I just took another Canon tech and beefed it up to A-rank strength.

Ok, so as long as the numbers in the jutsu were only increased by 20% for the dragon, then its fine. If so, let me know if not, only 20%. Once that is confirmed, then we will be set.
